So the consultant Construction Manager engages a number of subcontractors on your behalf, such as carpenters, electricians, and the like. The avoidance of the construction Contractor’s profit may make Construction Management seem very appealing to you. But be warned! It is not for the faint-hearted, and there are many risks involved.
